AASA

Founded in 2001, AASA – a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) – has served both Government and commercial clients, including United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Department of Labor (DOL), Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and NIOSH/CDC agencies, Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Transportation (DOT), Department of Commerce, Lockheed Martin, BAE Systems, and others. AASA has achieved ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, and is accredited at CMMI Dev Level III.

AASA holds GSA Schedule 70, which in addition the general IT SIN, includes the Health IT (5415HEAL), Electronics Records Management (518210ERM), and Cloud Computing and Cloud related IT PS (518210C) SINs. AASA also holds a Master Order Agreement (MOA) prime contract for the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) eFAST program.

AASA has provided cutting edge technology services in the areas of biomechanical modeling and simulation, scientific computation, as well as IT support including Cloud support, Software Development, and Electronics Records Management. We have participated in multiple DOD Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) grants.

More recently, AASA has been working on an innovative technology development in Light Communication (also known as Li-Fi), which has a wide range of applicability, including many health-related use cases.
